Terms & Conditions (for Photography Print Products)

By placing an order for any printed photography product, you agree to the following:

Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed per product and may vary. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using major credit/debit cards or other options offered at checkout.

Shipping:

⁠◦ Pre-Orders: Some products, such as calendars, may be offered as pre-orders. These items will ship once production is complete — typically within 30 days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

⁠◦ In-Stock Items: For products that are in stock, orders are typically shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is received.

⁠◦ Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Changes: If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase.

Usage Rights: All images, designs, and photography products sold under Nate Bowery Photography are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print product does not grant reproduction, resale, or commercial usage rights.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are for personal use only — display in homes, offices, businesses, or as gifts. You may not scan, copy, redistribute, or use the images for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written permission from Nate Bowery Photography.
